[Resolved]  Club Factory — taking long time to deliver the order

I have ordered 11 items on 28th of January, now it has been a month but yet not delivered. Before also I have ordered it before also it came in 15-20 days. But this order is taking a long time to deliver. In the app it keeps showing that Your order is in Indian custom it may take 2-5 days. It has been 2 weeks showing the same. I have payed the money also. Then also it is taking very long time to deliver.
