[Resolved]  Club Factory — totally different product delivered

Hi, my name is purvi aggarwal.

I ordered the fashion sexy night club dress (Order number:- so[protected] on 9th february 2019, but the wrong product is delivered.

It was a totally different product from the product which i have ordered.

When i complained about the same on your chat option, i was told to keep the product and you guys will give me 10% compensation.

This is ridiculous and unacceptable behaviour from club factory.

I want my refund of inr 762 as soon as possible.
