Club Factory — unable to get status of my order - so46902772

Hi club factory,

I have placed an order on 13 sep 2018 for 2 items. I ordered it as a guest user and got a confirmation mail as well on the same day. But, i am not able to track it as it is showing no paid ordered in my order list. I have already done the payment and still worry about the delivery.

Please let me know when i will get it.
