Club Factory — unable to return the items and also unable to log in

Hello, i have opened the account in club factory.
I purchased some clothes, but its not perfect size and not as good.
When i want to returned, i am unable to get return items menu in app.
So when i logged off, and logged in, its not allowed me to do reset password setting.

I tried to contact customer care telephone number and by mail, but no reply.
Plz check below mail sent by me.

Also i have approx 1000rs in club factory account.
