[Resolved] Club Factory — when will order be delivered

I placed two orders, on march 5 and march 14. The orders no’s are so14679365 and so15185751 respectively. The first was estimated to arrive ln 23rd march and the second on april 1st. The first was shipped on 15th, but from 17th onwards the tracking info is shown ‘ pickup rescheduled for next day’. Why is this happening? Will i get my products in time??

Turns out the order was in customs and I got the order as soon as it got moving.

Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear so sorry fro the delay. we have urged them deliver fast again. We have been trying to push the express company to transport as soon as possible. We are urging the express company to update the logistics as soon as possible.
