[Resolved] Club Factory — why the money is freezed | |||
This was the second time i used club factory. I placed an order but as it was not upto my expectation i returned it and the money is refunded to my app balance. When i placed an other order i tried to use app balance at that moment the amount was freezed. How do i get my money back? Really it was a worst experience with the club factory. May 21, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Verified Support Apr 19, 2019 Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, you have probably use balance as well as third party payment channel together to place the order. The balance is frozen temporarily, after third party payment is finished the order will be generated.
