[Resolved] Club Factory — wrong product received which I hadn't ordered | |||
Order no. So[protected] I have ordered a product from clubfactory but the company has delivered a wrong product with very cheap quality. Now i'm required to bear the courier charge to return the product to get refund which is not fair at all. It was not my mistake that they have sent a wrong product to me. I want my money back without bearing courier charge. Even the company shoul be punished for doing this to all customers. I'm not going to buy anything from this company now onwards! Why i cannot upload the product package for refund. .. it always shows the image uploading failed
I have spoken with the courier company of the product sent by club factory on the Android app it's showing in custom clearence for over a week when contacted courier company agent he is saying package from shipper not received please whoever it may concern help me locate my package order no - SO[protected]
