Club Factory — wrong product, reverse pickup done still refund not issue.

Club factory send me wrong product then i make request for refund, order reverse pickup but still refund not received. Support not giving any satisfaction answer. So i request to you please help me and take action against this company.
I have attached all receipt.
Company leaking customer data, fraud caller's call me on behalf of clubfactory.
