[Resolved] Club Jiva — can not book free international holiday offered
I have taken club jiva membership in dec 2017 (Member id cj/ma/904). I want to book my free international holiday week in thailand. I called customer care several time as well sent several reminder mails. By phone only informed that my dae id is not generated and never replied for mail.
This surprising that after three month of membership i can not book my holiday and still need to wait for procedural things. I am planning my holiday in may 2018. And because of this issue i am completely fall in uncertainty.
