Sir, I have taken club jiva membership on 22/11/2018, Purchase agreement number Cj/ct/b/c162 I have paid 10, 000/- I requested club jiva to please cancel my membership and refund amount paid, As i don't want this membership Club jiva not refunding my hard earned money instead they are giving me concession in holiday which i don't want.
