I am not getting response from club jiva for my reservation requests. So i'm not able to confirm whether i will get hotel reservation or not. No response from club jiva even after repeated requests. I think they are playing with me by doing some frauds. My memberhip id is cj/ng/b/c1245. I started the reservation process on apr 16 2018. My travel dates are getting closer and still not confirmed about hotel booking status. I want to cancel my membership if this is going to be their attitude towards customers.
