[Resolved] Club Mahindra — Given wrong information, misbehaviour and not answering | |||
Dear sir I attended the present ion on 28th nov 15 with my family at baroda. My wife mno is select for gift voucher and received call on 12 july. But we r buy so no appoint was set. I have confusion about second voucher. So i personally ask to manager said that is not possible you said that you avail one voucher to booking appointment caller. I received call on 18 july from dipak. I clearly said that i received one voucher previously and second not generate. He said that it issued to you and this for our new update product and book appointment for 19 july at 8:00 pm. On arriving at club m. Manager said it is not possible to issue. It is 15 km from my house in raining we reach there. I got sock. Now dipak told u have not said about previous voucher. I talked to his senior about that he check the recording and send to you. Dipak also said same. I called dipak on 19 july for recording. He talked very roughly, misbehavouly and not about previous voucher in recording. I asked for recording to forward me. He told that i send on 21 july to your email and what's up. Then after 21, 22 and 23 calling to him, but not picking up my called. Due to this incident i get irritated and loss respect in my family.
