I had been approached by cm executive for membership and i availaed of red club paying a total of rs 135000 to date. They gave me complimentary 7 days stay which i availed at jim corbett resort
However the stay was pathetic and i was not alloted the promised room, swimming pool was dirty, food was pathetic and my kids had food infection and so due to all this i decided to cancel my membership as nothing was up to the mark of what i was paying. The nearby resorts werere better compared to rates cm was charging.
I have written to cm to refund my balance after deducting the charges for 5 days stay (I am not charging for inconvenience of not alloting a promised room) which to date has not been received
Note the food inside the resort is 5 star charges but quality is that of road side dhaba... Full of oil... And the swimming is full of green algae, there is no gym, no threadmill and only cycle is avaialbe for which they chares 300 per hour... Billiards table also is charegable... So waht kind of fun are they providing
Request you to arrange to get my refund and ntake action so that honest taxpayers money is not cheated by cm.
The sales guys should mention the food rates and recreation facilities rates which if know nobody would subscribe to their club

Club mahindra thinks that let the Consumer go to Dogs even they raise a complaint on this forum as nothing is going to harm them by a singlecomplaint such as mine and they have not bothered to resolve the same
I received 2 calls from some COnsumer greivance cell and all had to know what exactly happened and to add salt to injury every month i am getting reminders to pay the pay the monthly membership amount although i have informed the finance over the phone that i have requested cancellation of membership.
What is the meaning of sending reminders for payment of EMI and yearly maintenance when in turn i am requesting a refund..
I waited for sufficient time before posting again on this site and now i am going to keep on doing this and also tap the top management into this when i have built my case after numerous correspomdemce...Probably the Club would be liable to pay me interest for delay in refund and mental harrasment in sending reminders to pay EMI on membership fees.
