[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — 90 days cancellation process emi hit to my bank account and bounce

I received a mail from club mahindra regarding my membership cancellation on dated 24.07.2018 that they are going to process my membership cancellation between 90 days. But today i received a call from bhopal club mahindra local office. That they want to know why emi bounced. What is happening. My membership is in cancellation mode or not??? Why you are processing emi. Please clear.
