[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — amount paid but product not received (welcome kit not recd.) | |||||
We have purchased club mahindra membership on aug 04, 2018 on some benefits promised by them with full payment, however while confirmation call they have reduced certain benefits, which i was in disagreement, however, we have got the same in writing but they are failed to deliver the promises and they have hold back our welcome kit. Even after sending email correspondence we have not get any satisfactory response from them since last one month, now when we are contacting authorized representative (Akshay sharma) he is not picking up the phone. We have not received any call from Club Mahindra and our issue is still not resolved, we are following up with Club Mahindra since last 1 month and we are always getting auto generated reply that we will revert in 2 days, is it this kind of service club mahindra offers, we are feeling being cheated...
