[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — bad behaviour by the company representative | |||||
Sir, Your company held an meeting in bhilwara and invited me to attend the same and i got a call that it's 22 nd anniversary of your company and for which they send me this messege... 3 days 2 nights club mahindra holiday vouchar, 1 couple movies voucher, Club mahindra holidays, Hotel tulip continental, C-993/3, near gayatri ashram, ajmer rd, bhilwara, rajasthan, be with your wife and comfortable for 45mins to get details about offers and product. And i attended the meeting where i meet your representative named abhishek sawariya of jaipur having a post of sc in your company... That guy was so mannerless and so impatient.. As we started the conversation he was forcefully selling your membership.. We were there to get information about your company but you have employees who says to us... Free me jane me maza nahi hai sir... Ap jaise bahut dekhe jo membership lete nahi sirf vouchers ke like aate hai... When i said i will think and confirm the same at the venue in two hours... Then he again said maine dekha hai log kehte hai membership lene ki aur 2 gante baad hamara call nahi lete hai.. And then he said mujhe nahi lagta ap le bhi sakte ho membership... And when i enquired about the vouchers then he said.. Ap waise bhi membership ke like aaoge 2 gante bad hi le lena vouchers membership lene ke bad... And he also said bahut vouchers hai mere pas hum yaha baatne hi aaye hai vouchers.. And he was talking like he personally is giving vouchers to the customers like ki wo bhik de raha hai hume.. Never seen such a bad behaviour and conduct from any representative yet and after all that when i complaint about him to seniors there were no one to take care about that and further his seniors said drop an email on our website.. Tell me is there no scope of ethics in your company... My brother has membership of your company named nilesh anchliya you can check.. And i was also interested but that behaviour has made me think ki jis company ke representative itne attitude me bat karte hai jaise ki wo vouchers nahi bheek de rahe hai... And he has not given me any vouchers which your company promises to give for the visit by us... I am so angry with the conduct of your company representative.. Is this what your company promises to give to it's customers...& now i am hoping against the wish that i will get justice and that mannerless guy abhishek sawariya will get dismissed from your company...
