[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — by promising false statement they have done a fraud of inr 40, 000/- with me

Dear sir,
I had been called to dil se restaurant on 31st march 2018 by a lady called komal (Mo. No. [protected]). She was from club mahindra. She used to call me 10 times a week to discuss about their holiday packages. When i visited dil se restaurant, surat on 31st march 2018 a man named dharmesh met us over there. He showed us the plan which was a bit attractive. I wish to take the plan as the brand name of club mahindra was attached with it. I told them that i will have to take the permission from my parents, so they told me to pay an installment of 29000/- inr and if i take the membership back in 10 days, all my money will be refunded. They also showed a clause in the membership papers defining the same refund policy of cancellation in 10 days. I agreed and paid the amount. On 2nd april, i whatsapp dharmesh that i dont want to take the membership and want to take the refund of my money. He kept his mobile off from then onwards. I tried calling club mahindra on their different numbers but no one is receiving the call. I have visited their office in rahulraj mall, surat. No one is responding. Please look on the matter as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,
As I was shown on the membership rules and regulations, the refund amount should be processed in 30 Working days but you are telling me to wait for 100 Working days.
This is against the terms that were shown to me and also against the terms that is explained by your member relation people in membership seminar.
They told me that refund will be done in 30 Working days and now you are telling me that refund will be in 100 working days.
Which means I have to wait to get my money for 6 months.
Is this the customer service you are providing?? It is harassment by you people. Please reply me to get refund with in this month.
All your holiday advisors are promising false statement while giving membership.
At that time I was told that I will get refund in 30 days, then why are you telling me to take refund within 100 "Working days".
100 Working days makes it almost 150 regular days. Means I have to wait 5 months more. what the hell is this??
