We got a call regarding meeting for club mahindra from nexa showroom on 15.9.2019 (Sunday). We were given information regarding the membership details by an executive named ' yogesh'. We selected the blue membership paying an initial amount of rs.31, 530. Yogesh promised us with 4 sets of holiday for booking the membership. We asked for the accessibility of booking rooms which is always a problem for us, coz we are already members in sterling resorts. We told him all the issues that we were facing him in sterling resorts and he promised quality of work from club mahindra.. He said every little detail is accessible via app itself. He said every member is given a personal executive to clarify our queries. But all were false. We asked him to book us 4 nights room in madikeri, coorg on 28.10.2019 on 15.9.2019 itself that is we prior booked, coz he told us about the availability issue. He told us he will confirm about the availability in few days. But it has been 15 days and he is not answering the phone calls and there is no response. We activated the app in one week but there were no 4 sets of holiday for us as promised and we couldn't book any rooms in app too. It just showed 0 days. I don't want to continue the membership plan anymore, so please cancel the membership and refund the amount. I will send the contact number of the executive yogesh -[protected], get the account details from him and refund the amount... My membership card has been attached as image.
