Club Mahindra Holidays — cancellation of membership | |
I had signed in to Club mahindra membership (white) on 29th July 2018 with a 10 percent down-payment of Rs.36, 830. My membership ID generated i received today is 2830267. I put a mail on August 1st for closure of the account and got a call 2nd for closure. I told them it needs to be done immediately and the executive took the request and said money would be refunded by 90 days. But the application which i signed said 30 days!! Ur executive started to argue this saying I'll send u the copy of application u signed and it has 90 days!! When i purchased the membership ur executives told about 10 days cooling period and return of deposit within 30 days of cancellation and confirmed on the application it said 30 days from the day of cancellation. From that date I've not received any call nor calls to your call centre are connecting. Im a little bit worried about my investment by way ur executive spoke to me. Though the executives who sold me are saying they will help close the issue ASAP im in a doubt. Was this information helpful? | |
