[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — cancellation of membership due to false commitment

I have booked my membership in February 2018, they sold me membership on false commitment, i have written emails several times for cancellation of membership and refund of money, but every time i got reply email that they will contact me within 2-3 working days, today almost 3 months passed away, not received refund money nor response. Now their sales executive not pick up phone nor reply.

Getting call from Sales Team and given assurance for refund of money, but still not received any amount back, it was till not resolved. Now, Sales Manager not picking my phone call nor getting response from Club Mahindra. Guys, beware from this type of fraud

I think they are trying to get me convinced and again i continue their membership, but i am firm in my decision, so cancel my membership and refund all amount what i have paid.

Same with us we would like to cancel as well. Your team just does not respond back. Worst experience ever. Guys please go and check in other hotels what hospitality means. You and your people in club Mahindra do not even understand the meaning of customers and hospitality. I just want my money back.
Got cheated on the name of membership.
