[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — cancellation of membership - no updates provided for almost a month now | |||||
I would like to bring to your attention the issue that I have been facing with Club Mahindra I was invited to one of their presentation Vadodara, Gujarat on September 16th. However at the presentation, I was told to buy the membership then & there as it would not be available later. – A clear case o[censored]nfair trade practice being followed by MHIL. Anyways I opted for the membership and had to pay the EMIs starting November. However; after much deliberation I realized that the offer which I have accepted might not be with my financial plannings and I sent out my cancellation request thru email and written application to Ahmedabad and Chennai centers on September 21st. MHIL called me up on the day itself however I was not able to attend the call on the same day that was September 21st and I wrote an email to connect with me the next day. MHIL did called me back on September 22nd and noted my grievances and then acknowledged my email on the same day stating they have received my request and it has been forwarded to the respective department. Since that day till today - I have been following up with them on their call center and on each instances they are telling me that I would get a call on the same day or the next. I have yet not received any call from them. I really fail to understand that being such a reputed company as they are - how much time would it take to update their customer on the status of the request they might be working on. I was seriously thinking on opting for this membership in future as my financial obligations ease up; however with this kind of attitude of their is now making me think otherwise. I sincerely hope they would care about their customers and would look into my issue Lastly, it is frustrating to know that “Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited”, part of the reputed Mahindra group can be so insensitive to its members & hopes to build its business over unsatisfied customers Thank you, Chirag Desai Was this information helpful? | |||||
Apr 1, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Please change the status from Resolved to Open as they have yet not credited the money and are asking 12-15 more working days to do it. Club Mahindra Holidays customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
