[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — cancellation of membership on 01 aug 2017 & refund of amount rs 22490/- | |||
I became the club mahindra membership on 31 july 17 and within 24 hour, i. E. Vide email dtd 1st aug 2017, requested to cancel the membership and to refund the down payment of rs 22490/-. On 3rd aug 17, reply received from club mahindra that "we would like to inform you that we are working on your request and we will get back to you within 4 working days." after 3-4 reminders of mails, on 17 aug 2017, reply received from club mahindra that "we hereby confirm that we have started processing the cancellation formalities and you will receive the full refund of the amount paid by you in 60 working days." Vide email dtd 20-oct-2017, 02-nov-17, 13-nov-17, 14-nov-17, 15-nov-17, asked for status of refund of rs 22490/- but till date no reply has been received. Today is 17th nov 17 and 108 days already has been passed, no refund has been received. Kindly do needful.
