[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — cancellation request on application | |||
I applied for club mahindra membership after a presentation from the sales team. Given no much time to think, i was compelled to take their membership. I was told that i will be eligible for full refund if their services are not good within 7 working days. After seeing the reviews from many websites and friends, decided to cancel the application the very next day. Made the request through membership relations team but still they proceeded with my application. Even after multiple emails, no phone calls from the team. It seems they don't have a proper policy for cancellation of application before membership. I got to know from a close friend that it will take a quiet long time sometimes even 6 months to get the refund even after cancellation immediately. I feel it is an unethical business practice to have such a long duration for refund even after returning the documents within 1 or 2 days. Was this information helpful? | |||
