[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — cheating by club mahindra sales people - chennai beware!!!

My membership number is 2831688. The sales person name is vinodh and he gave lot of false promises and didn't allow me to read the documents as the documents were handed over to me after paying initial amount of 36k and remaining in 48 installments. He told me that at any point of time, i can cancel my membership if i don't like the service and all money will be refunded any time. I waited for 3 weeks with no membership id and i got frustrated as they never replied on the same. I called several times and decided to cancel my membership by calling customer experience. After one month, another sales person named sudheesh called me and asked for an appointment. He came to my home and requested me to continue the membership and he also confirmed that i will get full refund if i cancel anytime. He told me that he will take a special care on my membership and requested me saying vinodh (1st sales guy) will loose his job if i continue to cancel. He collected all cheques. I asked him to deposit the cheques starting novemeber but he deposited the cheque in october itself despite several reminders. I am very much disappointed with the service and cancelled my membership on october 14th, 2018. There was no response from club mahindra side and i went in person to their office in chennai. I met a person swapna and a sales team head. They apologized me saying that both the sales persons gave false commitments to achieve their sales target. Also they told me that they will get a special approval to refund all my money (46k - 36k advance + 1 emi). I have recorded complete conversation for safety. Its almost 3 months completed now and there was no call or email from their side. Whenever i call them, either they ignore my call or say email sent for approval. I want my money back. I will release all the audio calls between me and club mahindra staffs.in the conversation they agreed its their fault and try to refund my money back. I already raised this complaint but the status show its resolved. This is not resolved.
