[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — club mahindra andheri: fake promises/terrible membership experience | |||
The sales girl who visited my house to sell the membership made a lot of false promises. She collected four blank cheques. 3 for advanced emi and 1 for auto emi deduction after 3 months. However, i paid all the first three emi manually via net banking. I’m still at the risk of those cheques being misused. Apart from this nuisance she promised to waive off the one year maintainence charge of an existing club mahindra member for which i promptly mentioned a family member who owns a membership too. To my surprise she handed over a blank membership form to me and said she’ll fill the necessary details and email the filled up form. But it has been 6 months now, i’m yet to receive a filled up form copy and the existing member has not received the maintainence discount benefit and the customer experience has not responded to any of my 40 plus complaints. They give a missed call and send a message stating they were unable to reach me. Was this information helpful? | |||
