[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Club mahindra holidays - i am not being able to book any resort from 17th may to 24nd may or 21st may to 28th may. All 4000 +rci resorts booked... | |||
I was buying a membership of club mahindra in 2016 by a smart salesperson, who promised me a world of beautiful holidays for the next 25 years and has sold me the membership with following promises (All written and documented): 1) i have to pay upfront 56k which is 20% of total membership (After all given discounts) 2) i have to pay monthly emi of 8911 only for first three months which will activate following deals: A) 7 rci nights B) 5 nights in club mahindra resort C) cash back of third emi after 6 months. However, in reality, i've been able to manage only one holiday 5 nights in club mahindra till date that too, in mahabaleshwar in peak of monsoons 28.10.2016 and cash back of third emi after 6 months also done. I have recently become a member and to get 1 week free rci as a complimentary. This was valid till 30th may 2017. But till date i don’t gave complementary rci membership id. In mahabaleshwar, i upgraded membership to white stu to red stu, after saying that you got seasons benefit in red. But no extra benefits in red. I am trying to redeem the 7 rci nights and there is not a single availability of room in any of their resorts. If i go for booking from other portals then they have booking available for same resorts. If you can’t provide a single room then why do you issue complementary or membership. I was really frustrated by this time (As i was planning this from past 1 month), and i try call to call centre & said to people please give it to your senior, and he put me on long hold and then call got disconnected. Before 3 week i call rci call centre & talk to mr dhiraj for booking any hill station in north side. But till date not given any confirmation. After 21st i am call again to rci office but no more answer to rci people. Mr dhiraj every time given 7 nights at puri, how can i enjoy in temple area. Till date i have talk to rci peoples dolly, kiran, dhiraj + 2 more persons & club mahindra peoples are a’bad collection centre farhin, chennai office gautam, paritosh & mahabaleshwar office neha also on dt. 03 march, 07 march, 22 march, 14 march, 20 march, 22 march, 23 march, but no buddy can correct answer for what can i do in this situation. All are given different answers. Are there any block booking that you do here, we as a normal member never gets a chance to book this resort. And the call canter service is really really pathetic. Now when i contacted rci they say that the all resort are already booked, so tell to club mahindra sends mail to rci to extend free night till next 4 to 6 months & give confirmation by mail to both. I have sent mails to club mahindra and it’s been 4 days now and interaction no is 10585157 + 2 days of weekend that no response from them. Basically, booking for a club mahindra holiday & rci both are more difficult than 'tatkal' booking of indian railways. My humble request is to look into matter immediately to resolve matter as i cannot take such frustration and burden for long time of 25 years membership due to poor services and response from club mahindra & rci also.
