[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — club mahindra - lack of professionalism | |||||
Till yesterday, my family details were available in my online account. I booked a resort on my spouse name yesterday. Today to my shock, details of all family members are missing from my account. And i tried updating the same but club mahindra site won't allow me to do that. Called call center to seek help to do the booking but they say unless family member details are updated, they cannot do a booking. They also confirmed that family member details are lost due to technical issues and they won't be able to restore them. They asked me to send a screenshot of the issue i am facing and based on that they will try to help me further. Looks like club mahindra is upto some mischief but are not transparent on the same.
