I Have purchased club Mahindra membership in Jan’17 & during selling the club Mahindra membership your executive hasn’t disclosed the yearly maintenance charges & also the guest fee charges to me. When I called at club Mahindra customer care no and asked them to cancel the membership & hold the EMI cheque / ECS. The executive has committed that the EMI cheque / ECS will not be presented in my bank account but the cheque / ECS were presented in my account. After that I called club Mahindra Manager (Jaipur) Mr. Lokesh & Mr. Anil Kumar Yadav they both have committed that they have already informed member relation department for cancellation & 100% refund of membership fee paid by me as I haven’t availed the club Mahindra services yet. Now from last 30 days they both not responding my call. Hence I requested to cancel my membership but they are not responding now... feeling cheated ...
