[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Complaint about CLUB MAHINDRA services

I stayed with my family with one child 13 month old from 30 Nov. - 03 Dec 2020 at kandaghat resort. Our check in time on the first day 2.30pm. we were told to your staff, We traveled in a car from Gujarat continues drive 16 hours by self drive. We were very tired in travelling. so I request to your staff about our journey. we are Informed of all matters to your staff. But unfortunately They didn't listen to us a single word. Their Behaviour was not like a glory or guests to us. We Did not give us room check in time. He even spoke You go to the garden outside in the Reception room. You can check the CCTV footage of Reception Room. We booked HU for 2 Member at that time But we had 3 family members came. So We were not given a option to booking to the room. And We had to pay Extra person charge the mistake of your staff for Incomplete knowledge of booking policy. Room not cleaned. We were not given complete information about the amenities, facilities and activities of the resort. Your staff or Relationship Manager only had interest in how to upgrade membership. We had 4 calls about upgrade membership. We had to call from 3 to 4 times for anything Services even water, towel, sugar, etc…. then get room services by your staff. You can check telephonic data and converstion of resort. And we had next go to Manali White Meadows Hotel on 03rd Dec. 2020. We checked out at 10 o'clock from kandaghat resort. But big isuue rised by your lazyness staff. Our luggage was taken from the room y your lazyness staff. We were told luggage to keep it in your car. But they did not keep the luggage bag - 3 in the car. It had the essentials of our babygirl even cloth, milk bottle, diaper kit, Food items and many more essential. Now you think that our journey must have been panic. Even after that we said the Telephonic call to send the luggage to White Meadows, Manali. But your lazyness staff did not even agree to make this arrangement. We got sad news on the last day in Manali our close friend died accidentally We had to leave manali before one day. We had go to Chandigarh directly from Manali. we had to pay time and money due to the mistake of your staff. So We could not join our friend's Funeral’s. On the whole It was a bad experience for our first time stayed. It will be our last at Equatorial. We will not never refer anyone about club Mahindra membership. We will not book the next resort until we get a response from you.
