[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — complaint regarding unsatisfactory response

This is in regard to treatment of your so called club mahindra members and its benefits.
I have felt cheated by the treatment and management of your property at mussorie especially by the staff at reception and the ones who handle bookings.
I had made reservations for 4 hotel units for this trip dated 17sept-21sept 2017. Bookings were made 2months in advance. We called up the property and had requested for the rooms/hotel units preferably on the reception level/ground level as we had senior citizens with limited mobility. The staff at reception said they would try their best.
Inspite of repeated follow ups before reaching we were not given any confirmation for the request.
On arrival we got allocated to rooms 10b/c and 8b/c which were on a level above reception.
Inspite of requests on reception we were not given ground level rooms. We offered to convert 2hotel units to 1brh still the staff didnt budge. Seriously this is how u treat ur guests.
The reception staff is so ill mannered and callous in their attitude that they did not have the details of rooms that would be checking out the next day. I really didn't believe that.
A company of this stature works on this concept that they dont have records or details. Amazing.. It blew my mind the way reception staff replied to my queries.
We traveled in a group of 14 guest out of which 6are doctors and we felt really sad and demeaning the way this issue was handled. This is how members are treated.
Somehow upon checking in senior members climbed to the rooms and we get a call that the hotel had some issue regarding water. So the entire mussorie club mahindra property wont have water from 11am-2 pm. That's fabulous, i ve heard of load shedding but this property made water shedding a reality for us. How can u tell your guests avoid using the washrooms for 3 hours. What about the kids or elders who need to use? There were no alternative arrangements for those 3 hours.
I fail to understand what benefits i get from this membership when im being asked to pay 100 inr for property vehicle dropping us every time to drop /pick up point on mall road. Why cant this service be complimentary to members?.
Now come the best part. Club mahindra is known for being exclusive to its members. You offer this property at make my trip and goibibo with meal packages. We came across other guest who felt exactly like us cheated. These sites gave them meals breakfast and lunch/dinner. Wow. Members are paying for all the meals and your luring new people to become members via these packages. Everyone needs business we understand that. But cheating your members this way will only help you loosing a member atleast from our sides.
Our request still remains un attempted or solved for ground level rooms. I really wished for a peace of mind at this property. This is the first time club mahindra has disappointed us to a level that we may never see any other property associated to you.
Thanks for cheating us as we are still staying.
