[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — customer service | |||
On 16th august, i have telephonicaly requested the club mahindra to reserve studio at manali from 11 the november to 15 november. I was told that as it is a purple season it is not possible to book the studio on our desaired date. It is my usuall exaperiece that my request for reservation though well in advance have often turned down. The customer pays rs 15000 as asf. Then what is the use of giving rs.15000 and having the membership. Please look into the matter and reply positively. If not replied, i will approach the consumer court.
