[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — debit of account even after sending cancellation email | |||
I have sent an email regarding cancellation on 29.05.2018 and got a reply as below. Despite this email my account got debited on 7th june, 2018. Kindly refund my hard earned money. I have no interest in continuing with club mahindra. Dear ms. Dungdung, Greetings from club mahindra! This is with reference to the e-mail which you have sent to us. We would like to inform you that we have forwarded your request to branch. Although this might take a little time, please be rest assured that this is only because it is our endeavour to assist you with a correct and deserving redressed. We will revert within 2-3 working days with a resolution of your concerns. I have mailed to Club Mahindra number of times for cancellation of my membership, every time they tried to pursue me for continuation of membership without my willingness. Now they deducted Rs 9998/- again after my cancellation mail request. Basically I've availed 3 days of holiday for Rs 90, 000/- in CMH, so you can judge the extent of my feeling cheated. Now they are not listening to our problem and in no mood for refund.
