I see that you have debited 1.5 nights from my account due to cancellation (. I would like to bring to your notice that i had booked the holiday by mistake from my user id to pondichery. The holiday was for my parents, mr satish k mishra, who have their own booking id.
Hence i have re-booked them on the same dates to the same resort with their booking id.
Reqeust you to please credit the complete 3 days holiday into my account. Please confirm urgently
