[protected]@rediffmail.com Jan 17, 2019 Mountain club resort - not getting booking even in advance notice I have bought the mountain club membership with membership id - namc - 19605 from ansal plaza, office. After making payment of 1lakh - for 10 years. The plan looks good to me at that time and the person shehbaaz sidiqui who was the manager there has promised getting 100% bookings after giving maximum 15 days notice. I have notified on 2nd jan, the customer care to book 5days for me in goa on 8 -12feb. (I. E more than 1month in advance). Till today i have not get the confirmation from customer care. I didn't understand how much in advance i have to told these guys to get the confirm booking. Sehbaaz has promised on call that i got the booking and don't worry but till date no confirmation. Moreover now the shehbaaz is transferred to some other company and some new person is looking this in janakpuri, delhi, office. He is also saying that i am trying on priority to get the booking for you for 8-12 february2019.. If i will not get the confirm booking then i will update this comment.
