I have club mahindra membership white studio my name is vijaykumar a shah my member ship number -2802413 i will the contact today your customer care but nobody reply me i have online booking but my season is white and festival booking is a red so i will go in the red season but i have 27 days remaining pls give me answer otherwise return my money Was this information helpful? | |||

I am club mahindra member since 2011 vide membership number 1864939 under I bed room Red and on my last visit to KANATAL their marketing team misguided me and encouraged me to convert it to Purple Studio by paying extra amount which I paid but to our utter surprise when we came to know the exact position it was not upgradation but degradation as earlier we were eligible to book Two STU in any season except purple but now we can not book two even in red season. We immediately wrote to clube Mahindra team and send reminders but even after 15 days there is no reply and on talking to customer care we were told that it can not be done. Such attitude/behavior/ethic was never expected from such a reputed company. If they will not revert my membership to previous one and refund the money paid back with in 7-10 days I will move in the consumer Forum ( Perhaps company does not know the rights of consumer and do not wants to refund the money charged by misleading)
