[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — excess money charged & unethical behaviour | |||
Hi, I have made online booking for prestige peaks naldhera, shimla for 30 & 31 december 2017 from makemytrip. Hotel have compulsory gala dinner for new year eve which we confirmed over phone which cost 2500 (Member's only) & 2800 (Non member's) but one day before booking they exaggerate the rate with 3500 (Non member's) which is totally un-acceptable from brand like club mahindra.
