On the day of women's day i opted for membership for 2 years as suggested, guided and pitched by the sales representative mr. Ankush rana (Cont no: [protected]) at kalyan jwellers, pusa road karol bagh, delhi. As per him, he told us that it will be for 2 years and if we like the services than we can opt for 25 yeas of a plan later-on. And currently we just have to pay total of rs 67, 764/- in below mentioned way.
Upfront / down-payment rs 33, 840/- and 3 emi of rs 11, 308/- total 67, 764/-.
When i called customer care team they told me that the plan is for 25 years only and there is no 2 years of a plan.
If it's the same i would not be interested in having the membership and requested them to kindly arrange for the refund of the down payment of rs 33, 800/- i paid and cancel my membership.

Shame on you as a reputed organisation.
Please refer the mentioned mail I sent today after waiting a long. As your 90 working days of a promise is failed a long back and have started feeling frustrated.
If still I do not receive my refund in next 10 working days, I will see you in court with having multiple other claims than my actual refund. I mean it.

Dear All,
As I wrote on 7th Apr'20 I have not received my refund till date. As per your concerned team the refund should be sent to me with-in 90 working days. But unable to understand when those 90 working days will be over.
Kindly arrange to refund my said money or will not be left with another option to go legal. Treat this as my final communication on refund of my said amount before going legal.
Attached are the written communication mails that I received in response from your concerned department where-in every time I got a confirmation that someone concerned will be in touch with me. But none of your representatives turned back. Whenever I called customer care people they put me on a long hold and disconnected the calls. Now I have started feeling that my request is being treated as granted. Now this matter is getting on my nerves.
Again would humbly request you to kindly arrange processing my refund money at the earliest and I need TAT (Turn around time) for my refund.
