[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — false commitments missguided never reply | |||||
I am pawan kumar garg customer id. 2767441. I purchased this membership on 30th june 2017 with false commitments and fake offers. But no offer given they allways say some technical error from 30th sept. 2017 they said we are working on our complaint but no reply received only auto generated mail receieved we are working and working still working. Even i asked for booking they again said we are searching & searching again. Once they said booking is not possible for your this membership. Then i asked them for refund my payment given to you they said we will check and reply and passes 20 days more then on 7th dec 2017 said refund is not possible we have no false commitment and fake offers and said we will call you back in evening 7th dec 2017. I asked for commitments made by you had recorded so please give me clip of that conversation but they don't give me. I am not so educated that i can write more things but i want my refund and for my refund i can make more regal expenses for my refund, so that no more fools can be made by this company.
