[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — false promises and harassment for refund | |||
I had posted a complaint previously on this forum, which has not been closed by Club Mahindra. (mahindra-holidays-false-promises-during-sales-and-now-harassment-for-refund-c1978125) So now we have proof that important information regarding additional charges was hidden from us by their representatives. Still they are not giving us refund and forcing us to continue with the membership. Their ridiculous response is you confirmed the membership. I wonder why they don't understand that we confirmed because you hid the information. We would not have confirmed if you had told us all the facts. I recently read that your company's cashflow has increased. I think it's time to tell the world that your sudden increase in cash flow is through duping customers like this. I can see on this forum that even people who cancelled within 10 days have not received refund, which is your company policy! Shame on you Mahindra Group! Was this information helpful? | |||
