[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — first holiday booking | |||
I have availed a club mahindra membership (Deo161236). I am a business man and my schedules are little busy.. I tried to avail my first holiday to through teena twice and first time it got cancelled in the eleventh hour and second time though she promised she kept on delaying matters and stopped picking up phone. At last i booked my holiday through my father in law's sterling account in no time. Just imagine how disgraceful it is for me. I am not expecting customer delight but a customer care.. I also messaged to the message centre (Fhp) and expected to get the call but failed. Is there any option to opt out.. Was this information helpful? | |||
