[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — forcefully upgrade my membership | |||
This is regarding upgrading from studio to 1BR membership My member ID: 2662318 Name Mohit Ghai (Red studio member) Recently, my co-applicant Tushar Chaudhary went on a holiday to Jim Corbett Club Mahindra resort. There he was offered to upgrade his membership to 1BR from red studio. He happily agreed to it and he referred me for the same. I was not with Mr Tushar at that time during the holiday so I was expecting a call from Mahindra to brief me on the same. I was unaware of the upgrade charges (plus annual maintenance fees for 1BR), neither I have received any calls from your end for verification or detailing. Since I have not receive any call from the relevant department, I called them to know the status. After calling, it came to my surprise that my studio membership has already been upgraded to 1BR without my consent. I feel its unprofessional, moreover we are three-member family so red studio membership is enough for us and the fees related to the upgrading plan is too high. I even wrote an email to member relations team regarding the same and after investigating the matter they have provided me the duly signed scanned copy of the agreement between me and club Mahindra as a proof o[censored]pgrade I was soo surprised to see my fake signatures on the upgrade form I was not even present in the resort at that time moreover I felt cheated by club Mahindra for such an behaviour which was not at all expected I will report this matter to consumer court for misusing my name for sale. I have also attached the upgrade form below which was shared by club Mahindra for your reference. I would request you not to upgrade my red studio to 1BR and would appreciate if I receive a call on this. Was this information helpful? | |||
