[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — fraud against not available resort | |||
Hello, My membership id is : 2815714. To whom so are it may concern my name is rutvik shah and i have bought club mahindra membership with a dream to enjoy a stay at tree house resort at "binsar villa" situated at uttrakhand.in fact i also registered my stay at the same place as per procedure i. E. Approx before 90 days. But to my surprise, the booking status was showing "waiting" all the time. Even though, the date of stay has arrived but no change was experienced in booking. Hence, i tried contacting the resort personally themselves, so as to get a clear picture of the situation and i was very dishearted to know that "booking in tree house (Binsar villa resort) is not possible at all because some painting work is going on there". I feel i have been cheated ever since the booking started. If the reservation couldn't take place then why the website and mobile app are representing the resort is available for stay..??? You can not play with feeling of your member who are waiting for stay in tree house, it clearly show that you are doing fraud with your customer once they are took your membership. Again your executive from member relationship are told me that wait for your last day of booking, your chances are high... Shocking... Your resort is not available even resorts are not sustainable how can you fool your member??? After so many conversation with your custom relationship executive now they are confirm that binsar villa resort is not available for stay and are providing some pathetic options in bargaining tree house like 1. Cancel the booking before two days. 2. If you want to stay in binsar villa - tree house than change the plan of holiday to march (Which mean i have to cancel my flights, 8 nights club mahindra nights and my time. 3. Stay in binsar valley which hasn't tree house, only normal rooms are for stay. So if you are not in condition to stay your member then give them mention stupid option and once again make them fool and helpless. For the time being i have booked binsar resort, because i am felt with no option, since i have invested a lot but still my desire to stay in tree house, binsar villa has not been fulfilled and now to fulfill it i have to spend all my time, energy and money. I. E. 75000 rs for flight booking and transportation, time and 8 nights of club mahindra nights. Now who is responsible for compensating all these. If i have book your resort in waitlist and resort is in condition for stay and after that haven't confirmed my booking then i will take all these responsibility but your resort is not in condition to stay for customer after that you allowed me for booking then only club mahindra is responsible for all these. I am very disappointed with such behavior i hope i will get a solution to this expenditure of mine and 8 nights of club mahindra. Was this information helpful? | |||
