[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — fraud food vouchers - mid:169501 | |||
I had been issued food vouchers in lieu o[censored]pgrading my membership from white to red studio. I couldnt utilize them as i had visited a resort that was affiliated is what i was informed and didnt accept those vouchers. Then i couldnt make plans to a club mahindra owned resort. I had also written to club mahindra in advance to extend the vouchers considering i had a strenuous year at work. One of their executives called me and suggested to wait until the vouchers expire in order for them to request the extension. I am very disappointed in the answer received from club mahindra's customer care team and it seems like a blunder for upgrading my membership to red. Club mahindra has retracted from their own statement of reinstating/renewing the vouchers stating they already had extended another voucher in the past. Club mahindra could have educated me in advance while denying my request before the vouchers had expired. They just had been waiting for the vouchers to expire and cause displeasure with the fraudulent intention frustrating their customer. I even have a written and have verbal recorded statement of their deceptive communication. Though i still don't understand the issue behind not extending these vouchers which haven't been utilized. I had been shared on account of paying for upgrading my membership or a similar service. I could have utilized the vouchers if they had been accepted at an affiliated resort which was never intimated to me earlier. Club mahindra's corrupt/malpractices are out in the open that will only attribute to negative publicity and refraining me from any future recommendations of your services.
