The company cheats the customers by misrepresenting the policy and hiding the terms and conditions. The company offers continuous 25 years of membership costing around rs.400000/- but the agent stated that the policy is for 1 year of availing services by paying rs.90, 000/- only. The agent mr. Vineet took our credit card details hurriedly stating one day limited period offer and rs.60, 000/- through cheque. When we felt that we are being befooled we tried to terminate the policy and file cancellation but agent never receives the call. Additionally, their official branch office in bhopal always remains closed and no one from the company attends the customer.
Now the company is deducting money from my card for past 6 months and the amount has crossed the promised rs.90, 000 amount and reached rs.1, 14, 000.
But amid covid crisis due to travel restrictions, health issues and financial crisis we are not able to go on vacation.
We agreed on the policy for one year trusting the big mahindra brand name but they have cheated with us and many other customers in india.
