[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — fraudulent offers of club mahindra membership | |||||
I applied for club mahindra membership for white –std on 31 mar 18 by paying rs 66, 837/- in cash. The membership offers which was provided during the initial discussion on 31 mar 18 and signed off mutually by both the parties was not fully complied in the contract document which was sent to me by the member relations team. These discrepancies were immediately brought their notice and also to the membership team on 06 apr 18. The initial offer was as follows. A. 1 - week (S) complimentary holidays of cmr (Club mahindra resort) holidays. To be booked by cmr team for 15-31 may 18. B. Resort credit vouchers worth inr 3000.00 C. Cashback worth inr 14, 000/- (For payment through yes bank debit card). D. Gold voucher worth rs 8000/- E. Bonus 1-week (Cmr) to start the holidays immediately (Within this year) after finish of complimentary holidays. During the initial discussions, it was clearly highlight that reasons on why i am applying for cmr membership. Also, i did raise my concerns on certain issues like availability of rooms, issues faced by new members and your support needed for booking the first holidays, for which they promised me the necessary will be done within a week. During the 10 days of “cooling off” period, i had raised all my concerns by login through cmr portal, with their membership team and the sales team. Then, i was conveyed that these things will be taken care. Having not received any positive response, i applied for cancellation as the offer which was initially made was not getting confirmed. Since then their sales team members and member relations team started avoiding my calls and till 18 apr 2018 i have not received any intimation or positive response from them despite having sent mail almost 5 times and spoken to their executives on toll free nos almost twice.. In view of the above, i am really disappointed with the entire process of cmp membership and the fraudulent offers being made by the sales team to acquire new customers. I would request you to please cancel my membership application and expedite the full refund of my payments done. My member id 2811879. Contact no. [protected]. Your member relations team and sales team has been absconding and not responding to phones or emails for last 18 days. You must escalate this matter of sales team's fraudulent offers made to customers and locking the money paid by them. This is serious offence. If your team is unable to fulfill the commitments then they must immediately initiate the refund. Trust me, I will never ever come back and also propagate that how bad their sales and services are. Everyone is trying to protect others backside in your organisation by not coming up honestly.

This is a fraud company. They have cheated me also. I don't know how such companies are flourishing in this country.
