[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Full refund of membership paid. | |||||
Hi, Their Sales man called up and visited my place to explain the features of the memebership. However, he insisted on making the payment to avail some offer going on, he also told me full refund will be made if I am not interested. When I called, he asked me to wait till my application is processed and a membership number is generated(Membership Id 2446430). After that, they are not responding much except that they are processing my cancellation request and it may take some time. I called up and sent mails and also used their twitter handle but they did not help me yet. Please help me on how can I get my hard earned money refunded. Thanks for your help in advance. It's been 3 weeks and surprisingly there is no response for requests on twitter and mails to member care. Haven't received any call or communication after this update from you. Had high expecations for Mahindra Brand and this is disappointing.
