Good Evening Sir, I have had a white season membership with you, I asked for the booking at Ooty for 20-21 June. I was suggested to upgrade the season by paying 15010/- in advance and rest in 11 instalments. I was assured of the booking at Ooty in lieu of that. As it was not materlising after paying the advance, I asked them to clarify. They invited me to the customer relation meet at Amritsar on 15th May. I was again promised or befooled of the booking of five HUs on 21st June at CM derby and three studios were shown blocked on 20th June at nearby Resort. After almost nine days, I received a WhatsApp message from your PRO Ms.Anuradha from Chandigarh that there are only two rooms available on each day. Moreover I have called the customer care number but received no call back. I have sent few emails to the customer relation site but received only system generated email only. Either it is received by your Chandigarh staff who are cheating and not replying or being forward to them by you which they are not resolving. To my utter surprise I even received a text message from them last time that your issue has been resolved, which is still pending. Kindly help me as we are five families who have planned a ten days trip to Banglore-Mysore-ooty, We have made all other hotel bookings as well air tickets but our trip is being spoilt by Club Mahindra, are you people facilitators or spoilers.
