I have recently taken a club mahindra package and paid the asked emi ‘s in advance with a committmnt frm there end assuring resevations for my 1st holiday. Bt after constant reminders from our end they failed their commitment just 1 week before my departure! Their executive, karan refuses to pick our calls and now after constant badgering he finally picked and refused saying there is no availability in any of our 4 destinations asked for! Please help as he made commitment at the time of selling package full of promises and did not live up to a single one of them Was this information helpful? | |||
