I m holding id no. 2856064 from january last and i was not interested in holidays packages and asked the agent named kamal to hold the emi cutting from account, till further information.. I asked to withdraw my membership but still company is cutting emi from my account, even i have lodged a complaint at email.. I m very fed up with this system and wish to surrender my membership as soon as possible.. I am unable to use the membership. I was promised by Mr D Santosh of club Mahindra that if I call on 2nd July morning for my booking to Singapore. i will get it. I called at 9 30AM & I am told that ot is not available. D Santosh cannot be contacted thru call centre. I feel cheated & frustrated. Can someone help?
