This is to inform you that, we became member of mh last december, you can check the details as this is my registered mail id.
We also planned our first holiday in february for april. But due to the covid-19 outbreak we cancelled the holiday package. And it seems to us now that we couldn't opt for any holiday package in near future too, as it is not pragmatic to travel and stay in hotels, chances of getting infected with corona virus turns up as we walk out of our homes, how one can think of traveling and holidaying?
These trying times have compromised our household income too, now our source of income has shrank and it has become a burden to regularly pay rs 11000 in emis. So from may we are trying to approach and convey to the person (Mr vaibhav pandey) who convinced us to join the membership, but the person doesn't picked up calls or responded, his assistant mr shoib responded a few times but to no avail. These agents and employee of yours are making a mockery of your organization's reputation, they only believe in selling products and not in retaining the goodwill of customers.
The crux of the matter is i want to opt out, because of the afore mentioned safety and financial reasons. I don't want any deferment of emis, i just want my 100 percent reimbursement.
